GALLERY: Lateral Temporal Brow Lift (Case 1126)
Lateral Temporal Brow Lift · Upper Eyelid Blepharoplasty · Lower Eyelid Blepharoplasty
This patient had sagging eyebrows, excess upper eyelid skin, and bulging fat pads beneath the eyes. A combination of an endoscopic lateral brow lift and upper and lower eyelid blepharoplasties were performed. The lateral brow lift was performed to lift the tail of the brow and reduce the heaviness over the eyelids and the upper blepharoplasty was performed to remove the remaining excess skin. Additionally, the lower eyelid blepharoplasty was performed to reduce the under eye bags; a hidden incision was made from inside the eyelid in order to reposition the fat bags over the cheeks.
