GALLERY: Upper Eyelid Surgery (Case 1130)
Upper Eyelid Blepharoplasty · Lower Eyelid Blepharoplasty · Lateral Temporal Brow Lift
This patient had sagging eyebrows, excess upper eyelid skin, and bulging fat pads beneath the eyes. A combination of upper and lower eyelid blepharoplasties and an endoscopic lateral brow lift were performed. The lateral brow lift was performed to lift the tail of the brow and reduce the heaviness over the eyelids and an upper blepharoplasty was performed to remove the remaining excess skin. Additionally, the lower eyelid blepharoplasty was performed to reduce the under eye bags; a hidden incision was made from inside the eyelid in order to reposition the fat bags over the cheeks.
